RESERVATIONS
Reservations can be made by phone and mailing us a check or by giving us a credit card number and permission to use it to hold your cabin.
The deposit is the amount of your first nights stay.
Weekends require a 2 night minimum stay.
Holiday weekends require a 3 night minimum stay. No discounts on holiday weekends.
Reservation deposits for cabins made six months to one year in advance are non-refundable.
Cabin rates are based on double occupancy.
$10 per extra person per night.

CANCELLATIONS
A cancellation of a cabin reservation within 2 weeks of your planned arrival will result in a forfeiture of entire deposit.
Reservation deposits made six months or more in advance are non-refundable.

Reservation deposits for group sites (3 or more sites or cabins) are non-refundable.

All cancellations have a $10.00 administrative cancellation fee.

The Li'l Red Cottage is the only cabin that permits pets.
We do not rent any of the other cabins to guest bringing pets.
Please plan your trip with this in mind.
